You can do that with Mass Planner, it has all those platforms, you do need to have the accounts though and set them up. After that, add them all to 1 campaign and start posting and you'll get that for each post.
For facebook, linkedin and g+ you don't even need more accounts, one of each will suffice, join relevant groups (communities for g+) and post in them, all those posts will count as shares . For twitter & pinterest you need different accounts.
