"Grow your influence" has to be the correct answer to that question. How to do that is pretty obvious. Add value, original or scraped and leverage the tools you can find on BHW or around the internet, eg hootsuite, jarvee, gmt2, etc.

I think you should maintain your existing customers and provide preferential service to old customers so as to attract new customers through the publicity of old customers.
