Hi, who do you all contact when you face trouble with your account or anything like that?

Will we NEVER get support for our social media accounts? I emailed Pinterest support 5 days ago and no reply. I know there is no support for IG, Twitter, Facebook. So, basically if I am stuck with something or need help with the platform, there is no support. Do you guys ever face any issue with such and how do you get in contact with support?

I'm not liking our future with social media accounts and pages tbh.

I usually try the twitter support account for the company and I usually get a response.

A couple of days ago one of my pinterest acc got banned despite me using it in a separate browser. It could be that my main account was open in another browser. So, I sent a mail to pint support and got no reply till yet and it's been close to 10 days.

Now, I will be using separate profiles in a browser.

This is really frustrating that, whenever we need support in social media we don’t get it directly from the social media support centers. I always try to find out the solution in Google and most of the time I’m successful. You can apply this also.
