Hey, sorry for posting the thread here as I don't have permission to post Social media section.
I have several niche such as health, career etc. I have started seo campaign already, now I want to have some regular visitor from social media so that it boost up Alexa rank. I have created fan page on top SMM sites e.g. FB, twitter, linkedin etc. Initially, I have 0 fan. What if I start buying fake fans/ followers. How can I get real visitors regularly. Please, let me know the exact and proven methods.

You can't get real visitors with fake fans. People think this is a good way to start something like a fb fan page, but all it does is fuck up your reach early on

...And they end up looking like scams with 50K followers and 2 likes per pic.
 
Thanks both of you for letting me inform. Please, tell me what process or method should I follow then to have real visitors.
 
Yes you can't get real visitors with fake fans but real visitors can get influence by seeing that much fans on your page.
They will like to your page and when you share interesting content they will share, comment etc.
So do one thing for facebook buy some fans in drip feed. Test them with some status.
same for other social profiles.
 
WE also use Snip.ly on our twitter when posting links to blogs/cool images/stuff with the proper hashtags. People will visit the blog(not ours) or cool links we share, but our website will be at the bottom of the link. Its been working pretty well to get some more pull on Twitter. We actually pay someone through Odesk in India(super cheap) to find cool blogs related to our companies market and then post the links on Twitter with the proper hashtags and they use snip.ly so when someone goes to the Forbes article(example) our companies link is at the bottom.
 
Try rank your site in search engines. If you have no idea about SEO you can contact any pro-personal SEO service.
 
Advertisiement , suggested paged , promotion , link your websites to social media.. all will get you through
