Social Media Scheduling Tool Request

Hi everyone, does anyone know of a software tool that allows me to post a 9:16 vertical reel on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube all at once, so I don’t have to upload it manually to each platform?
I’ve found four tools (Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, and SocialBee), but none of them seem to offer this feature.
