Social Media Plugins for Wordpress?

Almost done with my website so now I need to start thinking about the social media part; so my question is, what are some social media plugins everyone should have?

I've googled it but I'd rather have an answer directly from here, not to mention that the results were somewhat outdated.

I'm looking from 'auto-post from wordpress to facebook' to 'share this post' plugins, or simply other plugins for other features that I don't even know exist. Would also like them to be free.

Good to see some sites that are been listed here for using auto post. As per me Sumome will work great, why not give them a try?

I'm using Jetpack's Publicize and IFTTT
both are free
 
Sumome is good as for i suggest to u dude. you can try this also IFTTT.

Sumome +1, it's simple to use and gets the job done but I don't really admire Jetpack as it can get rather complicated.
 
You can get plugins in the wordpress itself from plugin section within dashboard. If you didn't get the required plugin then you can download it from google and can add it in the your website manually. As you asked there are more number of social media auto publish plugins are there and i mentioned few of that below:
