Social Media Panel Creation

Basically, I would like to learn how to create a social media panel. I have some experience with web design but most templates don't have anything that even resembles a panel. I understand why this information is hard to find since it creates more competition for those who already know how to make one. I've scavenged the internet and have found nothing. Any tips pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. If you do know how to make one or have made one in the past, please let me know as I am considering paying someone else to make it for me since I'm having so much trouble.

What you mean by panel? - A reseller panel or auto panel for users?
