As we know social media is a boundless platform so creating a buzz may take sometime and also depends on various factors, but it's easy too.You just need to be in regular contact with your followers by sharing content in which your audience may take interest.You also need to greet and thank your new followers.sharing and liking others content will also rank your profile higher.Posting something good, funny and controversial also attracts audience.Well, I don't think there can be any specific technique to it.

Can anyone plz recommend a single tool to HELP [not entirely do] key jobs across popular platforms such as Twitter, FB, G+, Instagram etc

Does a single tool exist, that can help automate key tasks or do I have to chase down different bots for different platforms?

You can use Hootsuite (which is free up to 3 platforms) to manage/schedule posts over several platforms

Hootsuite is cool, but I also love "buffer" to schedule tweets and retweets. You can fill a whole day of your timeline with quality content in an hour of work or less.

There are several tool and web based services, but you should know that any social buzz would depend entirely upon your content.

Top favorite is buzzbundle with hootsuite coming in at #2.
