I already posted a thread about this, regarding TkTok. But, I want to know if it's possible to manipulate social media to generate more traffic to your page.

An example of this would be, posting an Instagram Reel then botting small amounts of traffics to push it on the algorithm to a wider audience to gain more traffic.

I know that you can do this already on reddit with upvotes.

Please let me know if you have any knowledge on this or tried this out

yea pretty much all social media you can do this with youtube with views comments likes ect. just need to find a quality provider whos accounts are shadow banned flagged ect

yeah, that's why automation is king in social media.

It's all about warming up your accounts, let them age and then use them to run ads, set up groups or whatever you want

It's technically possible but more often than not will get you discovered and banned. At the end of the day it depends on how you do things

If you can find the algo and manipulate it then you're all set.

with ig only solution i found was to grow meme pages. fake followers don't really work because there are non niche related that will interact after following for x days
