Social Media Managment Tools for post planning

Hey Guys,

I am looking for a tool with which I could manage some accounts on several Social Media networks.

Post planning should be the key feature. In the past I had some sites where this was possible also for free. But lost the links.

So if you have some tips for any kind of sites which offer this type of Social Media managment for a low fee or even for free.

Please let me know

Focus on Facebook/IG/Pinterest/Youtube
