If you have have experience, high ball it. And have cheap options + expensive options & Expect them to hustle / negotiate any one of them down.
if they're blown away by the number you offer - let them know it's negotiable because a majority of the budget goes to ads + potential customer reach, lower the budget = lower the reach.
But you'll need to back up what you charge, and I'd suggest a 30 day money back guarantee (could be minus ad spend, etc) to close more deals.
