Social media manager/consultant

I am looking for someone as a manager/consultant for managing 2-3 IG accounts for a musician/band. I was running jarvee on the accounts and they had decent engagement/follower growth, but after I stopped jarvee (fear of ban), they accounts have stalled. Is there anyone out here that I can hire to help grow the accounts with real followers and also give us content advice? I am not sure what the fees would be with this because I am not sure how much involvement I need....$150/month? I am trying to grow about 10 fan accounts using jarvee, but am warming them up since my first try at it resulted in 9/10 getting banned. Thanks.
