Social media journey

Hello! Time for another journey my last one was based on building a profitable streaming site which I accomplished so I'm moving on to the next which technically is a website design business that I'm currently trying to accomplish but not completely what this journey is based on. My plan is to build a social media account "network" that pushes the content of my web design social media aka the mother/child method I've read so much about.

Accounts - Manually
Email - 10minutemail and Mailfence [ Mailfence requires an email for signup this is where 10minutemail helps ]
Verification - Pvaverify
Proxies - No fucking idea

Automation
1. GroupTweets? - Retweeting
2. No idea

The goal is to create at least 30-50 accounts overtime slowly and set them up to retweet the content of my main account without looking well suspect and hopefully this helps my engagement, reach and follower count on my main account as a result. If this goes well on one platform I plan to move to the next and try it there.

1. Any other way to efficiently make accounts? From what I've been seeing manually or buying is the best and I'm not trying to buy accounts at the very moment.
2. Best way to go about proxies? Where to buy them? How many accounts to create with one proxy?
3. What's the best automation software or website service for twitter when it comes to retweeting and liking? So far I've found a great solution for retweeting but not liking tweets.
4. Should I set up a follow back? Auto-follow those that follow me?
5. Anything I should avoid?

So far I've made one account using the built-in proxy opera has and set up group tweets to automatically retweet 2 times a day
