We are seeking an experienced Social Media Growth Specialist to lead our social media growth initiatives. This role involves developing and executing strategies to enhance organic follower growth and engagement on Instagram, leveraging advanced tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing and growth, particularly in organic Instagram growth, and a data-driven approach to strategy development.

- Innovative & Data-Driven Growth: Design and execute creative Instagram growth strategies, leveraging cutting-edge tactics, tools, and data analytics to optimize follower acquisition, engagement, and retention. Continuously test and refine strategies through A/B experiments and performance tracking.
- Targeting & Community Engagement: Implement advanced audience segmentation to reach niche markets and drive organic engagement. Build and activate communities through collaborations, giveaways, and viral campaigns.
- Growth Hacks & Algorithm Adaptation: Stay ahead of trends by integrating the latest tools and techniques while adapting strategies to Instagram’s evolving algorithm for maximum reach.
- Cross-Team Collaboration & Competitive Insights: Align growth efforts with marketing, customer success, and product teams. Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends to refine our approach and drive innovation.
