Hi All,

I'm thinking to automate few things on browser to visit social media sites, do a like etc... will these sites able to detect my activity as a bot?....

I'm planning to learn selinium and to do above stuff... Do you prefer any other software which these social media sites lke fb, tw did not detect browser automation suff?

Twitter can detect Selenium - specifically auto-liking & following in rapid succession.

You're better off doing an imacrosbo or if you're doing selenium, make sure you change your user agent.

Is PyAutoGUI works? I will not do rapid activities... will do one ore 5 - 10 activities including like or follow etc

Selenium is a automation testing tool and is not a packaged software. As to your question you can automate and yes they can detect the selenium is doing it. You can hide selenium as well and they will not be able to trace but but you need to learn. You can do a lot using selenium, chrome, Firefox and other browsers. In 2021 you can customize your project and can stay hidden. In other word you can do what you wanted BUT you need to LEARN.

Thanks Automationdaddy for the suggestion? is there is any other software which is easy and unable to trace by these socialmedia sites? is pyautogui traceble?
 
Socinator is one of the best Social media automation tool on google
 
First things first. If you set the amount/type of actions to look legit- then chances are slim, paired with a good proxy, of course.
 
If you set your actions to a minimum (say 50 - 100) and use 4G mobile proxies, you can escape blocks
 
Sounds like you will be better off getting Jarvee or an alternative like that.

I tried socinator and jarvee but I want to write on my own as I need very few features and they are custom way and I dont want to pay monthly price:)
