I think is possible but going to be expensive and hard to debug or time taking ( indeed not hassle free ).

You can do Social Automation with PHP, NodeJS, Python, or whatever language can be used on Web applications.
The thing here is that you need to study the endpoints of each API's to know what you are able to do and see how to mix those requests for making something state of the art.
I personally used Laravel and it's a pain in the *. I rather use Raw PHP and some other scripts to include in my system.
