Social Media Analytics Tool (Insta, Pinterest, FB, Twitter)

HI,

i am not sure if this is really black-hat but i am searching for a social media tool where i can create in depth analysis of specific keywords and hashtags.

There are a few on the first page of google, but they are just tracking my own channel. This isn't what i need.

I want to know for example which accounts on twitter, pinterest and instagram have a lot of likes and followers. Which hashtags have the most interations.

Does somebody know such a tool and can share it?
