social media accounts

just some advice i have 2 new affiliate sites (amazon 2 weeks old) when is the best time to start developing insta twit fb profiles for these sites? would it be an idea to set up ifttt to post new content from my blog straight to the social sites? is this even possible i mean
post on blog..then ifttt posts that post on fb ig tw etc?

i heard theres about 100 sm platroms and a software to create all of them? anyone know about this?
