i do not think you can access the acc except via email and if it does not let you do that it means they definitely want you to verify your mobile.
 
Have you tried gmail? Choose another verification method and then choose the gmail you linked to receive the code to your email and verify your identity.

is your account registered with your own phone number and email? If so, it's easy to get back, but if not, there's a high chance you'll lose that account forever.

You don't have a phone number or email, I think you should find an unlocking expert, they will guide you to get your account back.
 
try sending the code to email. If the email does not receive the code, there is probably no other way than creating a new account. Or hire a technician to unlock your account for you
