Anyone doing social marketing for brands with a decent volume of clients? Do you deal with charge backs ever? Wondering how this works as the service is not tangible and results not guaranteed. If someone was to open a charge back case how are you handling it?

You should never have a problem with chargebacks unless you're adding them no value.

And with an Agency, you should always Contract your work don't just say "Send PayPal and I'll do the work"

Hope this Helps.

How many clients per week are you doing? When you do volume you're going to have problems no matter what, its just math. My question is has anyone dealt with chargebacks and how the bank views the service you provide. There is no tangible evidence you did much...

Just make sure you have a contract in place and provide exactly what the client will expect/paid for. I have ran into clients that feel as if they don't need to pay the other half of the retainer. All I do is tell them to ready the contract.
