Social exchange sites to boots share count?

Hello,

is it good to use social exchange sites like addmefast to boost the share counts on blog posts, or will this have negative impact?
I want social plugins to show a high share count so the post looks more alive.

Not sure it will have a negative impact, but what I do is I share my post on a certain period of time just to create a little traction and if the post becomes popular, I took it off from the social sharing sites.. Works for me

If you do not have many page visitors but the share count is high maby it will have a negative effect.
