Social Exchange. Is it better to do?

I heard natural people sharing will gives the benefits from SEO, and has some value in links.
But I'm using social exchange service to get my videos views,likes, and FB likes, share, and tweets etc. to push at starting sharing's.
My question is is this good to do? Does this effect any bad regarding to SEO?

Natural people sharing does have an SEO benefit.

It is my understanding that social exchange services are very often automated using bots so the views, likes etc are not genuine or natural. As long as you are aware of the risks, like getting your accounts banned for unnatural activity, then they can work.

But in the social exchange all (likes,share etc) doing by with people. not with the bot. If i've done any share or likes of others, i can get coins and then i can give my links to get social exchanges(likes,share etc) with that coins. So even though all the work done by the people give it give any bad effect?
