Absolutely NOT. Point those at your tier 2's (wiki links/article submissions) or maybe your tier 1's (web 2.0s).

Fiverr people will use BOT or software,just think you will 500 links on $5.
So create manually,some sites are like Reddit,stumblupon etc are great for Social Bookmarking.

Social bookmarks? Is that still a thing? What social bookmarks used to be 2-3 years ago are now social signals, and I wouldnt even fire up 500 social signals in a day to a site.
