Hey Guys I was wondering if theres anyway of getting free fb shares/likes , google +'s, tweets ,ect... ? Maybe theres some kind of exchange program like add me fast or something like it ?

Addmefast is one of them, youlikehits is another. There's plenty of social exchange sites out there for you.
 
yh but last time i tried I couldnt figure out the way to share post or like it , due to permalink that is in the post that i want to share/like . Anyone gets what im talking about ?

I think I know your problem. Addmefast is buggy with links and I had similar problems posting links. Never found a fix though, sorry.
 
As others have said... addmefast is about the #1 option for this.
 
addmefast is the best option in my opinion. Try fiverr, not free but it's quicker plus alot more!

For youtube y2bviews is the best it is quite slow
