social bookmarking websites

Hi ,
about building backlinks by using social bookmarking sites.
Let?s say that I have a restaurant website and I want to bookmark my website to 20 social bookmarking websites on the same day. My question is : can I use the same title and the same description for every social bookmarking websites? Or I have to change every time title and description content? I know that there is a limitation of characters number for title and description and I need to use important keywords on title and a catchy content for description. Because of the short length I cannot make a lot of combinations. How can I manage? Please give me your advice.

If i don't spin keywords what will happen? Google will not index my backlinks?
How about if I want to bookmark my website to 100 social bookmarking websites? How many bookmarks can I make in one day? Maybe if I bookmark my website to 100 social bookmarking websites on the same day without spinning so much Google will ban me or will not index my backlinks. Do you know someone who had this kind of experience? Please tell me more about it. Thank you.
