Cb stands for clickbank, and bmd really is the best of the bookmarking tools, if its used properly. It does take a decent amount of time to get setup properly(setting up at least 100 accounts). If you end up getting it, look up scrittys post on bmd. Way helpful.

I believe its 5.5.something. I bought mine a while ago, but I think its 147 now. And to answer the other question as to where to buy it, just buy it from your own affiliate link, get it half off. If your new to clickbank its gonna take 5 other sales before you get the other half back though.
