Social bookmarking software

Hi all, I have recently purchased Social Bookmarking Demon, is this the best tool for social bookmarking? if not what is? and what is the procedure of bookmarking sites, well the best procedure?

Say for example I am running an SEO business with customers coming to me asking for social bookmarking.

Would I add all there links to the accounts that I use for everyone, Just want maximum affect without getting banned.

Most people say SENuke, but I like BMD

Whats the best settings to have it on so that I can submit each url to each of the bookmarking sites once, so that I have a maximum of 5 links from the same site per account or site?

Just cannot seem to get it to work right and dont want to get banned as this is going to be a fulltime business.
