It is great to be able to do bookmarks on various web 2.0 sites, to point back to your level 1 site, or even to your money site. But how do you make sure that this bookmark is actually indexed, which then gives you the link juice?

Isn't the point of using social bookmark sites that Google crawls them constantly? :P

I did... But again, not having it indexed means it is a useless blast right? How can we make sure that the bookmarks are actually being indexed, other than checking all the time. Is there something we can do to make sure that the bookmarks will get indexed?

Thanks.

But when I use Scrapebox to check if the bookmark is indexed, it always come back "not indexed".

Isn't the point of using social bookmark sites that Google crawls them constantly? :P

So wait a while longer :D

Although it's worth remembering that not all bookmarking sites are created equal!
Google also seems to change the ones its watching fairly frequently, for instance when I started this Blinklists were doing really well for me, these days I get nothing off them, but I Youbundle is working a charm for me!
-> I somewhat suspect this is because, hard as this is for some people to believe - Google doesn't watch the ENTIRE internet all the time, highly likely they rotate the bookmarking sites they index from time to time...
