All I can find is a bunch of a few social bookmarking sites like stumble upon. But all the guys talk too much about social bookmark and it seems like its not about a few sites. How to do it properly?

Not a chance but an actual way of getting penalized. You do this as a second tier pointing to something else such as web 2.0 THEN to your money site and so on.

The majority of social bookmarking sites are Pliggs and closely related platforms. The number of quality bookmarking sites can't hold a candle to the 1,000s of Pliggs out there. Quite a few good ones are listed in the post above.

I think what everyone is saying is that for the main site - create accounts on multiple social bookmarking sites, and submit your main URL. If you want to be truly whitehat you would have to join the community get involved, then submit your link, but thats probably not gonna happen as it isnt worth the time.
