I've had a lot of success building my twitter followers by using social blade, specifically the Top 100 Twitter profiles, where the url looks like "socialblade/twitter/top/100/following"
I found that by following these people you get a much higher rate of follow backs for new accounts.
But the list tops out at 100 people - can anyone recommend similar resources that are not capped at 100 users?
