Google has said that social media shares don't count as individual links but you may get some traffic from social media sites if it gets enough exposure.

all the shares considers one backlink right?

Social signals are definitely good for SEO. If not directly, then indirectly - you'll get traffic from SMN and having a lot of traffic is always good for SEO.

I don't know about that, my google+ posts come as individual backlinks. And I am ranked #3 for a low-med comp kw and onlly have 30ish google+ and one web2.0 backlinks.

Do you see it as individual links in GWMT?

I guess the ranking you got should be from good on-site optimization and has less to do with the backlinks.

I do not see it in gwmt. I see it on majestic and ahref and etc. It takes the anchor text into account on ahrefs and majestic. So it could help anchor diversity? Interesting its not in gwmt.

Though, my opinion is anything google owns, they will automatically make it easier to rank with.

That's what it all matters for the big G. Google's algorithm don't use the data from ahrefs/majestic. The google+ posts you posted is considered as a backlink but if 1000 users share the same url on same social media platform from multiple accounts, that'll still be considered as a single link.

all social media give nofollow attribute ithink it is not considered a backlink

The link will be nofollow if you simply insert it on g+ post. Try embedding it and magically it'll turn into do-follow.

I think it can help you to rank a website, Google use social media share as one small factors in ranking websites.

The different social media posts are considered as the other web pages for search but do not help in ranking your site. These can just help you in getting traffic to your site.
