So, why the hell crypto is dumping now?

There will also come a time in the near future when it dumps again from $125k to $105k and people will be going crazy thinking we are crashing now that's it.

I hold small amounts of two small coins and I don't really pay a lot of attention to them and I'm not sure what to do with them. I hadn't checked them this year and they are both up. Maybe I'll convert them to BTC now and hope it goes up again.
 
Bitcoin is getting harder and harder to grow. I think it will rise just a little bit more and then collapse like it did in 2018. It's called cyclicality.

Yes, but in crypto it's mostly highly leveraged degens that gets screwed up and bring the market down for everyone. Also, little fluctuation in BTC affects overall market itself.
