You usually have to pay to grow your lists... real likes not fake... so you are paying FB to grow your lists. Sponsored stories to cool blog posts work best. Convert from ads on the blog posts.

I've exploited Facebook since 2010. Still do it today. I get a lot of work from clients because I can do things that most can't. I consider myself a Facebook master. But my lips are sealed and my secrets will forever remain secret. My moto has always been to make the most amount of money with very little spend.
