Yeah look I totally agree with what you said about dying being something that makes us feel alive and there's a risk of losing that if you were immortal, but I love life and being able to enjoy as much of it as possible would be on the money for me.
I actually believe there's a legitimate chance that someone alive today can live indefinitely. A chance, slim, but still a chance.
The technologies to extend life are being really focused on heavily and coming a long way. I'm a transhumanist personally, and so I'd be happy to be at the front of any queue to try new techs.

Nothing enforced here. Just putting my views on that like we should try to live in the present and these time travel and immortality is fascinating but one should take these as a fiction now and appreciate what we currently have. Surely we will have them in the future but who knows. Just messing with you bro

Firstly, time is a human made thing. Secondly, I am not a space scientist, but I think it is all the same everywhere. Just the fact that the space is so huge, that your perception of covering x distance in y time is different than earth.
Anyways, welcome back to earth.
P.S. Not to mention, you will not survive for long in space... let alone be immortal.
