I have an old paypal account which I hadn't use for ages. A few days ago, someone logged into that account and they sent like $130 from a credit card that isn't mine to their paypal account (I presume). Yes, it has to be a stolen credit card, so what do you guys think I should do? I don't have the credit card number because paypal blanks out the first bit.
Also, if I dispute the payment, it might end up in my account and since I don't know who to return it to, it could mean trouble. I do want to return the money to the owner if possible.
