SO read Tools of Titans?

Dam, reading some pages the book really starts to annoy me.

Some "internet startups from 1998" guys that got rich with selling their site later, BEFORE competition came up.

Those dudes wouldnt get ONE site into rankings today in an existing competitive market - but boasting "how cool and hipster the idea IN DA DAYZ WAZ"...

makes me puke.

had to google it lol. what did you expect? a secret method?
