So nicley done, shared link?

Hi,

I saw a friend shared a link that was so well done that it looked like it was coming from nytimes, it has the nytimes logo and then a custom made "news article" and then the url to nytimes, so it was so perfect done that it looked like it was coming from that newspaper, but when clicking on that link it brought me to a completley different website with that scarry face in it, the funny thing is the url still said nytimes.com, how the hell did this guy do this??
