not to disclose how I can get the leads.. but here are the few step I'm going to plan to get my first sale..

1. I'll promise to deliver on-page optimization (h1, kw density, interlink etc..)
2. kw researches to produce 4 high volume search and low comp kws including competition analysis
3. 10 HQ articles to be added to clients' site
4. find a guy in bhw link building section to work for long term for the off-page works
5. I'll refund if kws is not in top 10 after 2 months.. (says I charge 4 kw for $2000, will refund $500 for each kw that failed to rank in top 10)

Still win right? I charge min 2k for consultant (on-page), and 2k (off-page) for 4 kws. I give away 1k to a off-page guy in bhw, I still make 3k per client. PM me if u think u want to be the guy :)

Dude do you even SEO bro?

Nobody is going to pay you $2k for an on-site evaluation/clean-up.

Actually I respect the hustle. I have no doubt someone would pay $2k for that. Have you seen what people buy and pay for?

Shit, look at most "Enterprise SEO" companies that charge $xx,xxx/mo.+ Most of the guys I know that are in the companies that provide this level of service haven't ranked anything EVER. They'd get smoked by any real SEO.

They change a few title tags, run some keyword analysis and spend more time on creating pretty reports than the actual SEO work.

I agree, this so called "SEO" enterprise companies aren't more than marketing sales men selling snake oil! Big companies are stupid and live in the "office" behavior so as long as you create some pretty reports and show some movement in rankings, not landing first page mind you, they are will to shell out some serious dough. Especially when companies usually have a 6 month contract before they say results will happen. In the "Enterprise SEO" it is nothing more than oniste optimization and they are charging for what someone might charge for a full blown backlink building system (thousands of dollars for some meta data changes!).

OP is not a big PR company with a fancy office or established client list of Fortune 500 companies.

He is just a newbie Freelancer, there is a big difference.

Not a bad plan. grgyerMake sure you don't point blackhat links to sites of your client's unless they approve of it.

Its not for stars or anything.
In some extent even a newbie can have more knowledge than others out here.

In terms of Seo I would say I have almost no knowledge at all.
I wonder where you hang out? bhw louge posting funny video?
