dont even think about it? is there a missing column "luck index" or something else? content readability? traffic? bounce rate? domain age - created in 1/2013.

The site in question is almost 2 years old now, so it doesn't puzzle me that it doesn't have what is needed to rank well in most cases, yet ranks. When a site has been in the Index for such a long time, you can't expect anything else, particularly when there's a possibility of the owner hiding it's backlinks.

nothing to do with luck.

it made itself an "authority site". pr5 domain. it doesn't hurt to have some high authority links point to the page there ranking.

not that hard to believe.
