It seems no matter what i post on FB market to sell, 99% of replys
are non English names trying to use the can i pay you by parcel force
mail scam, or the GLS money scam.

And having been online since 1998 , when i point out the scammers
[ do people still fall for those old scam bait tricks ] man they
get highly agitated and abusive lol.

anyone else get this happen to hem ?

this could be your next 1 Mio $ business idea. Create a marketplace/classified site with not scamers and escrow service ;-)

i was sorting through my ps4 collection and trimmed it down from
95 to 80 games. i listed the 15 on FB market place UK
and 99.9% that replied all did the same scummy scam lines
all non English profiles. and the minute i mocked them they get
all defensive, lol

It is hard to control these things on scale. Even thinking to compete with Facebook needs lot of guts.

ignore them. They're not worth your time and energy, and dealing with them can be as pleasant as a root canal.

please ignore them bro , because there are many scammers in this community , and i know there should be but

This seems to be like a big problem sadly.

Yeah, that is the norm on facebook marketplace and I only suggest using it for local pickup only.

You'll end up getting scammers messaging you the second your ad goes live.

you won't be able to avoid scammers because they exist a lot here, you just have to ignore them

You'll face the same thing if post your ad on any classified site/online marketplace. These places are full of scammers who are always inventing new tricks to screw the sellers.

i find 90% of there profiles are either

1 - blank
2 - no profile
3 - page info locked.
4 - no friends added
5 - all foreign names
