So many rules HELP [EBAY][PAYPAL]

Right there are so many places on this forum with different rules.

Some questions if anyone can help me.

- Can i ask to buy an ebay accounts ?
- Can i ask to buy ebay stealth ?
- Can i ask for a vcc ?

- What are the rules with black hat activity (cards, paypal, ect)

Generally, stuff that is against the rules of a company is okay and you can ask about it. Stuff that is illegal and can get sent you to jail is not okay.

You can ask for vccs. But not stolen ones.
