Also i dont hate noobs if they are smart and can find info and learn by themselves, if they break rules and make stupid posts and ask stupid question which could be easy to find on forum or google, then im not good with that.
Of course i will hate them if they act stupid
What's grammar got to do with intelligence? Some of the smartest people in history were illiterate. Again, ignorance will always prevail.

Newbies tend to get bashed when they say "Feed me, feed me." Translation: how can I make X amount of dollars in day? It's tiring wading through endless newbies asking the same question and the answer is as simple as use the Search function. On the other hand if they at least have an inkling as to what they want to do BHW members are great at pointing to a given technique or thread.

It's one of my new years resolution's not to bash newbies on BHW!
Like the word ***** I think the phrase 'use the search function' should be outlawed as a forum reply as this can be more annoying than the silly questions. Instead a polite reply should be given such as 'Hi, have you tried the make money section of the forum to see the kinds of methods you can try and make money with. Just choose a method and ask some sensible questions about how to get started with this method and I am sure someone will help.'
This is how I shall be replying to these newbie threads in 2013 or I will just ignore them like I should of done in the first place.
But one request from any newbie posting here in 2013, please no more 'Where do I get the Youtube views bot?' question, thanks!

Yes. I have seen you number of times welcoming newbies. Personally speaking, I would feel great if a Super Mod welcomed me on a forum. I don't like comparing BHW with others forums but those who think newbies are trolled on BHW must pay a visit to DP and warrior. I have been trolled on DP thrice just because few seniors members wanted to have fun. I don't see this happening on BHW.

is to be expected that English is not the primary language of many of our
members. However, I have no problems with their shortcomings. I can
understand them quite well. To put them down only stifles them and
makes them reluctant to participate, and that is NOT what BHW is about.

If that is causing you sleepness night and stress then get offline - I am not having a go but people online are keyboard warriors and will say things online that they wouldn't dare to in real life.
Let them stalk you, let them talk down to you, smile and carry on, who has the better life?
Keyboard warriors are ten a penny and will never go away, let them twist themselves into an early and lonely grave and you crack on making some money.
Enjoy life, not spend it worrying about what some keyboard warrior thinks of you

In all my other threads on this topic I was the first to say how annoying it is the holier-than-thou attitude of some other ppl on the forum pretenting to be on a soapbox. It'd be great to have a peek at the bank statements of some of 'em... Still the papal monkey makes me laugh every time I think about it hehe
I personally know it is sometimes a pain answering questions over and over again, but the experienced people need to realize there is always going to be noobs. And they need help. noobs are the future, so dont be insulting them when they have not done anything wrong. Come on be a teacher and noobs will exalt you.

it is completely necessary to call out shitty behavior to prevent it from proliferating, however there are plenty of civilized ways to do it without resorting to insults.
for blatant rule breaking or miscategorized threads, just report the post and let the mods handle it.
for general stupidity, use the -minus rep.
exceptionally low quality threads like "Asking how to make $xxx/day" are actually against the rules and can be deleted if reported.
we also have a generic infraction for "Insulted Other Member(s)"

Oh, I don't know. Most noobs pretty much deserve whatever hazing they may get. What DOESN'T happen often enough is supposedly "senior members" (with a join date of Mar. 2009, for example) put some effort into providing some quality to the posts they create. Instead they put-up lame-ass posts of 20 words or less; meaningless and bitchy posts that say little or nothing and provide nothing of value.
The cranky old man stands in his front yard wearing loud shorts, sandals and black socks shaking his fist at skateboarders passing by.
"DAMN YOU LOUDMOUTHED TEENAGERS !!!!" he rages while shaking his wrinkled and arthritic fingers, clenched in a feeble fist of impotent fury.
