My friend I make to you Very Very Good deal! You give to me money and I make Very Very good investment for you. We make Much Much monies!

What the hell does this say?

I say think about creating a physical product. There is more money there than there is in real estate. You just need to do the right research...

Use your talents and develop products, especially information products. There will always be demand.

You'd be surprised Wiz. Many NBA stars who made upwards of 10 million a year wind up broke 10 years after their career on the court ends. High income does not equal high financial IQ. One of the biggest mistakes people make is thinking they are financially smarter because their income is higher. Nothing could further from the truth. *Hears the angry herd rumbling towards him*

the comparison isn't really even close here...NBA players don't find some form of innovative method to make 20k a month...they're simply athletic and can play a sport while having other people manage their money

sure their managers aren't the main reason they lose their money, it is their choices as well, but there wasn't much thought in becoming a good basketball player...like there would be in comparison to come up with something that can earn 20k from some form of online method..

If you are smart enough to be making 20K a month then it goes without saying that you should be smart enough to know where to invest it.

not true...ever heard of Bernie Madoff??...he knew how to make more than 20k/mnth (his legal brokering biz)...but couldnt find a good place/strategy for his hedge fund money.

as far as real estate goes...i wouldnt suggest it (i own 12 properties) unless u are really good at dealing with headaches...i get calls for all kinds of dumb shit (kids putting toys down the toilet and mom doesnt know how to use a plunger...or my lighter exploded on my nightstand and so now the rug has burn marks on it)...read some landloard forums just to get a grasp of what lies ahead cuz u damn sure work for that money...also if u buy some properties that need work...be prepared to spend alot on keeping them fixed up (thats what keeps tenants happy and staying right in that motherfucker)...but if they are late...dont hesitate to file for eviction...dont call them or listen to sob stories...just file the damn thing and let them tell their story to the judge (n.y. is the worst fucking place for this tho cuz the judges usually be on the tenants side)...personally...when i had dough coming in hand over fist...i bought property and traded options (if u have enough bread u could do a cool strategy like selling naked puts or some cover calls but using leaps instead of stock to make ur cash requirements lower) i made a few dollars and got greedy and lost like 12k so learn a method that suits ur appetite for risk but keep ur trading discpline...im cutting my teeth with i.m. now cuz i like the idea of being in the crib and making money with the computer...but i sold used cars (good steady if not slow income) and fake bags on ebay (damn that was sweet money too but its hard now)...sorry for the long post...just my input...if u dont know what to do directly...but it in a cd so it will atleast gain some interest until u figure out what to do next.

a good % towards gold, silver, and maybe commodities on a monthly basis - when all the money in the world is worth nothing, you're the one holding power

with 20k a month, you can buy an apartment or any property investment. spread then investment

Why don't you just hire a property management company and rid yourself of the calls and headaches? Owners own to make money, managers deal with the everyday problems.

My two cents.....
If you like many headaches, invest in real estate. Holding residential real estate long term is a pain in the ass. Commercial is a better investment but not without its own headaches. Hiring property managers doesn't work either. They are there to make money, not watch your bottom line.

Gold/silver....They would be no more valuable than money. People would trade their 'assets' for necessities. Think about it....if there was no food to be bought and you had some, would you trade it for gold?

Get 'expert' financial advice......Do they know more than the average person? NO! There was a test a few years ago...expert financial advisers vs throwing a dart. Randomly throwing a dart brought in higher returns than the 'experts'

Personally, I would invest in different currencies. The chances of a world economic collapse are slim. Invest those different currencies in their local economy. I would then buy blue chip stocks in each country. Low risk with low return, but all your money won't disappear, while still providing a decent return. If your local economy collapses, move.

I have to agree, go find a good financial planner somewhere and spread it around. Take some and put it in high risk and some in no risk investments.

Buy a funeral parlour. You'll never be out of work because it'll never be a dying trade.:p

Okay - I just want to point something out here...

Everyone is talking about online, offline, blah blah blah...

It's all the same. It's business. It's entrepreneurship. It's self employment.

Business is business. Every market has periods of saturation. Every type of business needs "links" to increase visibility and authority.

You have to pay taxes no matter what business you're in.

Any business can be hands-off/auto pilot should you choose.

If you're worrying about 2 years from now, start living frugal and bank your cash under your mattress - literally.

When you find an interesting opportunity that seems a little more long term - then invest your cash into it and do your best.

Waiting for it to fail and having preconceived notions of when the well is going to run dry is going to drive you insane and failure will follow.

Keep pushing forward. Stay hungry and enjoy yourself - whatever you may be doing in business.
