So I'm making 20k a month autopilot after some serious hard work. My method is flimsy and it might stop working in a few years. Anyone know anything I can invest my 20k's that will work for sure?

spend as little money as possible and squeeze the method for all it's worth because you're right; one day it won't work and i doubt it will last more than a year even if it's white hat.

then when you're a year smarter you can decide what to do with your saved money.

Save your money.
Think about a more lasting and stable method and invest your time maybe invest in an own server.

Every investment is a risk, only good if you can afford to lose your cash.

There are so many ways, but personally I would take it offline. I would invest all of that into wholesale where you make a pretty much guaranteed return. You could set up your wholesale to go to a fullfillment center so you never have to see it or package and ship it. All you do is sell, or hire someone to sell it. If you have a lot of money, the profit margins are much larger.

Another option would be buying up sites on flippa.com that are already generating revenue. After a year they'll all be paid off and you'll be also be left with a ton of rev.

Try putting up a business that's not online. Online business is not stable.

Although I would agree with investing in something offline, I disagree with you saying online business is not stable....you're saying amazon, google, ebay, and every business model that works online is not stable? lol

I would say online business is CONSTANTLY changing. Not that offline isn't, but online if you sneeze you're out of the loop.

I am in the same boat, making grands on autopilot with a method that will probably be absolete in a year or 2. Currently im just saving the profit till tax time to see what's left. Then I was thinking of thinking of investing in real estate or some solid stocks. IM is truely for the inovative and you can slip easily. I'm glad I'm profitable now but I have to constantly stay on my game. Looking for the gravy train, to invest in something that will work/grow in value for me be itself. No more competition, oversaturation, constant tweeking, linking, unique content, getting banned etc...

I was thinking stocks but those are gambles and I don't want to gamble away all this money... I'd be better of using it myself.

Well isn't every investment a gamble. I mean if you're worried about risk then I guess go get yourself a nice toy. You can get a nice fuel efficient vehicle for 20 grand. :D

Buy repo houses or condos and rent them out for now. Sit on them till the market returns in 5-10 years and then sell the suckers and retire. Hire a contractor to do some small improvements on each one, then add a couple of 0's to their invoice for tax purposes. Will give you a huge deduction to offset your earnings. Pay cash for them if you can... You can get NICE condo's in California right now for 80-120k or so that were selling for $300=350k 2 years ago. They still rent for $1500 a month cuz *RENT* has gone up, not down! Buy 3-4 of them and pay cash and you're sitting on $4500-6k a month for the rest of your life, and a HUGE nest egg of over a million bucks in $5-10 years when the market comes back... and if it takes 20 years, who cares... you still got 6k a month coming in... you can live comfortably on that alone. ($72k a year)

EXTREMELY interesting insight becatuse if it's 90k to buy and I get 72k back a year I have the cash back already and a great autopilot income and I can invest more and more until I get a 1/mil yearly autopilot income.

This is probably the best idea yet... Finding renters is about as hard as finding buyers right now though. I know in the south rent has went WAY down. But either way you'd be putting your money into something and getting it back wether its rented or not.
