So I'm making 20k a month (continued)

If you seriously do make that, real estate would be your best option....take a week to check out various cities that were hit hard by forclosures (if you need some good cities, pm me) and see if there's some steals.

They're very easy to find and VERY easy to manage..just research a good property manager, make sure they're taking care of your property and check up on them every often.

Solid cash flow + equity = WIN

I'm going to slay the horse also and say REAL ESTATE. That's how I made my first 100K. I bought a duplex in 2003 for 73K (I only put 3K Down+closing cost's) I sold that duplex in Aug 2006 (right before housing bubble burst) for 176K, Paid off my 73K loan and 4K closing costs and then I ran to the mercedes dealer and bought a S500 and other fast life accessories lol. (things you do when your young). Thinking back I should have never bought that damn car or any of the "Ice" and BS becuase the people that it attracts are even bigger bums and watch your money so hard it burns a hole in your pocket.

But what can I say? I had a great time! You can't take that ish with you to the grave so you better enjoy it! But seriously Invest in RE, it has cocaine turnovers.

Yeah it does but don't be so quick to sell it. Real Estate, in my opinion, should only be meant for long-term gains. Yeah every get rich quick lemming will say to turn-over for quick profits but the profits come when the mortgage is paid and you own a deed.

I was always big into finance (stocks, bonds, derivatives...) blah blah.. point blank, the best investment IS real estate.

Have someone else pay your mortgage off and if your credit is good enough to get a low-downpayment loan, you're straight. $10k on a $100k investment that's recession proof can't be beat. The reason it's recession proof is during this whole housing bubble/burst a forclosure boom, people had nowhere to live. Renting became the only option, hence, rent increasing and during great financial times, they stay flat.

So pay towards the mortgage, build capital, buy another home and just repeat the process until you're completely satisfied. When it's all said and done, you'll be donald trump.

.

The mortgage was paid 73K of it and I did own the deed. Remember the buyer paid 176K for it, paying off my 73K mortage and +100K to me, don't get blinded by long term investments when you can make money today, tommorrow isn't promised to anybody.

You can't approach every investment thinking LONG TERM gains. Some investments are best suited for short term gains. And you don't have to be a Get rich quick lemming to know this.

Had I been stubborn and wanted to 'Hold' onto that investment I would not have made 1/2 of the money I made in three years. Do you understand what really happened to real estate prices when the bubble bursted? If you did you would not have made that statement. People on the fence of selling their investments in my same sub-division, praised me and wished they had enough sense to do the same before the market crashed. (They were thinking LONG TERM, and didn't fathom a housing market crash)

think of how you can double that and make $40k a month

then double that.. and again, and again, and again

pretty much keep on scaling your shit up, you'll regret not doing so once your method dies

For anyone that hasn't heard of my all famous:
thread:
http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/making-money/168567-so-im-making-20k-month.html
(That caused the spurting of 100s of similar threads-sorry this tends to happen with me)
I just closed it because no one can read the last page and I can't edit the first page. I still don't have any major ideas other than Realestate and I'm getting really desperate here. Any other ideas on how to invest the money? Please no more BS about the US dollar.

Sounds like your bragging, and this thread is just to boost your ego.

One, If the thread before was too long, then that means you are full of shit about getting real advice on how to use the money, and two, a person making 20k a month doesn't need ask a bunch of noobs what to invest in.

So either you are full of shit, or need to grow the fuck up lol...

May I ask how much you have all-in-all (cash)?

Are you still making $20,000 a month?

I may be able to assess good options, depending on the answers given.
