depending on the market, the articles cost $1 per 100 words. Usually people recommend 500 word articles. In bulk articles are a bit cheaper. But price also depends on where you sell. You can pry sell a well designed site with 3-5 articles for $100 or a crappy site with 10 articles for $40, depending on where you sell it, the site design, etc.

Im afraid its not as simple as that. If somebody has told you its is then you have been misguided. You could have no articles on it and it could be worth $100's. You need to consider the niche, the type of site, traffic generation, USP, monetization etc. Im not saying its difficult but its certainly not as simple as how many articles do I put on it to make it worth $100.

your site value is not base on how many articles u put. it base on how much money u earn from that site. u can use adsense, affiliate products, cpa and so on.if u have 100 articles but your site have nothing to be proud of (no sales on products or no adsense earning) than your site value will be low.

get more traffics. i will increase your site value as traffics = money!

Thats not strictly true. Your sites value is not based on how much it earns although that is a factor. There are plenty of sites on flippa selling for hundreds without any earnings at all while you will probably see sites with earnings which go unsold.

What I have noticed with flippa is that there are a lot of very raw noobs spending serious cash on crap sites. These people are clueless. If there was a site selling for cheap with monthly earnings of $100 consistently I would see immense value in that but a noob may not. A noob may be more interested in some rubbish autoblog with promised earnings $1000 a month hands free. Their basically being sold the dream. Thats what I mean by a usp.

Now if your site is cranking out $1000's monthly that a completely different story and your at a more advanced level.
