hello.. Ive made a collection of macros to log on to all the ping.fm sites, listed, and now i want to click on th confermation emails, as they come from lots of different sources, and this eamil adress is set up exsclusivly for handling emails from these acounts can i just put http://* in the macro?? plus how do i get it to cycle throught all mails in the account? any help or better still a macro already made for this for yahoo and google accounts... I know someone posted a prog to do this later in the thread but nervous about using an .exe , and as you already sussed it out could you post or pm me cheers,

Seems like this thread has died off huh. It's not nearly as active as it used to be, I guess everyone has moved on to other better and faster languages to learn (I have too ) but iMacros was an awesome introduction into automation and I still like to play around with it once in awhile.

Anyhow for those still interested in iMacros or just starting to learn, I've successfully created my first KeyGen with VisualBasic by following a tutorial on ehow a couple mos. ago and low and behold these keys work on the new Version 7.0.0.565 Beta as well as v6.90. It seems there good for a year from the time you activate.

As usual disconnect first and these should work for you, I just used the very first one in the list with success. I had forgot all about this KG I made and when I just tried to use V.7 beta trial I installed a month or so ago, it was expired...lol
The time was up and I was getting ready to delete it when I thought I'd try to generate a key to see if it'd work.

Anyhow I loaded the first key from this list and I'm now activated for a year with the Scripting Edition.....ENJOY! I can generate more too if need be...

If you haven't yet tried v.7 yet it's FAST! way faster than 6.90 and has way more features, you'll see, it's a little hard to find the download and I have the one from a little over a month ago, this link is for the newer v from a week ago. I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work though.

When down loading the data extracted on to the .csv file I need it to write to column ?B? because column ?A? has data that I want to stay intact,
I'm using Firefox Imacros 6.7.0.1 , is there a command to ignore the 1st column, the same way you can miss the 1st row?

Couldn't you just read the data from col 1, and then add it to a new file, followed by the col 2 data?

iMacros isn't the best for editing files, better off to have an input file, and an output file.

Hey Dude I could do it that way but then it wouldn't be automated that's not the idea solution let me know if you got the fix though!!!!

The answer to my question is

SET !EXTRACTADD {{!COL1}}

I love iMacros, such a handy little interface.

Oh yeah... I've been a big fan of iMacros for quite a while now. I used to have the free plugin for FF and with that tool alone I was able to script me up a forum poster bot. It made my life so much easier... I just composed my forum post, ran my script and went for a cigarette break... 10 minutes later my post had been entered into my list of boards (At one point I had this baby posting to 100 boards without a hitch... mind you these were not boards that I just spammed and left... I am actually a member at all of them... I used iMacros to make posting my content to the boards quicker and easier). I recently got me the paid version *cough* *cough* ~~~look for it in the Downloads section~~~ I can't wait to start messing with the added capabilities.

If someone can create a macro to run in Firefox (free) iMacros that will:

Login to a list of youtube accounts and thumb up and favorite and video or a series of videos (max probably 4) - then I have $50 for them and I'll share with BHW.

too bad iMacros doenst support if/else statements

imacros is pretty decent has some limits though but i use it for a lot of things. It's free too.

but limits like no if/else statements is kinda lame, it has a script engine and should take care of that

I got captchas to work using beatcaptchas.com, $8 per 1000
It takes the captcha image, uploads to their server, then send the completed back to you . It's pretty easy to setup I managed to do it and it's my first day working with imacros.

Heres the code you would use to implement beatcaptchas, and I think it would be similar for any other captcha site.

Are you saying Winautomation splits the captcha and can read it?? or what are you saying it does?
