So i just resigned from my offline JV

So i had a little hosting company which i was boss of, nothing big.

I had some conflicts with my partner, since he used some payments to pay for his own things.
When i found out i confronted him about it and he got outraged telling me i dont know my place.

He started the JV, but gave me the CEO Title, since he couldnt have it.
So after i was "ceo", i started doing business and we had some success with local companies paying for SEO and Web-Design.

Since he didnt know how to do SEO it was my job to rank sites and lucky me he still doesnt know how to do it.

Now i gave him 30 days, so i can finish my last projects and then i will leave the JV.

So i'm starting for a new point again in offlining, but i signed a silece-contract to be silent about my projects when i quit.

Now to my questions, i'm starting a CPA-Network in Switzerland and i am currently looking for some ways to get some webmasters to show my ads, should i simply write them a mail?

Yup, that is why it is better to stay solo most of the time unless the other person bring something unique to the table. I don't quite understand your question, though. Are you asking how can you get advertisers to come to your new network?

Yes, since i got publishers already on the wait, they just wait until i give the go.
