I assume my cut as an adsense boy will be a 3rd of the CPC shown in g00gl3's keyword tool.

I also use the traffic estimator in google to see how much money is spent on a daily basis for that keyword, but hell, go for it =)

Yea, 2/3, but the actual click value is often lower than what is advertised on adwords as the CPC is for being no. 1 if im not wrong.

You are right but pay attention that there is a long way to one 50$/month website, though a longer way to 10 of these websites. Good luck and take care.

No. I don't think that ranking is that easy. I found that kind of keywords where competitors seems to be weak, but Google is too lazy in changing ranks. Anyway, go for it and learn from the experience.
