It gets 105,000 local searches per month and i managed to get the domain in the form of keywordhere.org. Now the number one position on google has the domain in the form of key-word-here.co.uk and it has a whopping 68 backlinks showing in yahoo site explorer. the exact match only has 10,100 in google. I am assuming this is going to be pretty easy to rank for seeing as i have manged to get a keyword rich domain but do you think it will be possible to grab the number one spot, i am in uk and the majority of people searching for this keyword are from the uk too, will the number one spot having a uk domain name shorten my chances of gaining a number one spot with a .org domain and uk hosting? Another thing i wanted to ask as well is, the number 2 spot on google has 998 backlinks showing with yahoo site explorer and is a pr4 domain, why is the number one spot i explained above beating it, it's backlinks are hardly anything to shout about either and most if not all have no PR atall. Thanks EDIT: The domain of the site in position one was registered in 2001, is domain age playing a big factor here as to why it is ranking so well?
